How Do I Place An Order?

Kojo Wear Designs ships world wide, our head office is based within Sydney Australia.

Simply place the requested address of request to ensure your purchased item is received. 

Please give up to 7 to 14 days in order for the order to be processed. Depending on the location were the delivery is to be made will determine the shipping time frame.

Returns & Refunds:

Kojo Wear’s goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction with each and every order. For any enquiries email info@kojowear.design to let us know if a return or refund is required and we will notify you of the address to send your item back to after assessment of your claim.

The below guidelines will always apply:

All Kojo Wear Designs are custom and handmade assessed prior to shipping with the specific sizing and quality. If your Kojo Wear item is damaged or faulty, please send it back to us (within 7 to 14 days) and we will send you a new item at no extra cost after review.

Please select your true and correct sizing before placing your order, bare in mind all designs are made with slim fit so we suggest to order one size bigger for comfortability. If you have purchased the wrong size of your Kojo Wear item, please note a refund will not be granted as mentioned above be careful to select the correct size and item.

After your return claim, if the custom handmade design item is not available in your desired size Kojo Wear we will offer you a choice in a different style as an option to ensure satisfaction of your Kojo Wear Design purchase. Please take into consideration as these items sell fast a replacement at times cannot be produced due to it being custom and handmade and a refund will be processed.

Washing & Cleaning guidelines:

Regarding washing and cleaning of Kojo Wear Designs we strongly suggest Dry cleaning and hand washing only to ensure durability of your custom-made purchase. Any damages made towards the purchase item via washing will be liable to the purchaser as the instruction have been advised.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and the item is not damaged or faulty then please send the item back to us within 7- 14 days, in all original packaging and we will offer you a full refund minus applicable postage costs.

*All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out.
